Introduction
The permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator is mainly used for the separation of magnetic materials. It uses the magnetic difference between the material and the waste to carry out the magnetic separation in the equipment. It is mainly used for the roughing and cleaning of magnetite ore.
The magnetic system of the permanent-magnet drum-type magnetic separator is composed of strontium ferrite magnetic blocks, and the magnetic poles alternate along the circumference. The wrap angle of the magnetic system is related to the number of magnetic poles, the width of the magnetic pole face, and the width of the magnetic pole gap, usually 106-135°. The declination angle of the magnetic system is 15-20°, and the declination angle of the magnetic system can be adjusted.
The tank of the permanent-magnet drum-type magnetic separator is a semi-counter-current type. The part of the trough body close to the magnetic system is made of non-magnetic material, and the other parts are made of ordinary steel plate. The lower part of the tank is the mine supply area, in which there is a water spray pipe, which is used to adjust the slurry concentration and disperse the ore particles, which is beneficial to improve the beneficiation index.
