Apron feeders are generally divided into three types: heavy, medium, and light. They have commonly used feeding equipment in concentrators.
The light apron feeder is a continuous feeding machine, suitable for short-distance conveying of bulk materials with a feeding size of 160mm or less. In the mining, processing plant, chemical, cement, building materials, and other departments, it is widely used for the uniform and continuous feeding from storage bins to crushing and transportation machinery. It can be installed horizontally or tilted, and its maximum upward inclination angle is 20 degrees. Generally suitable for materials with a bulk density of less than 1200kg/m³, block weight less than 140kg, and temperature below 350℃.
The medium-sized apron feeder is an intermittent feeding machine, suitable for short-distance conveying of bulk materials with a feeding size of 400mm or less. In the mining, processing plant, chemical industry, cement, building materials, and other departments, it is widely used for uniform intermittent feeding from storage silos to crushing and transportation machinery. It can be installed horizontally or tilted, and its maximum upward inclination angle is 20 degrees. Generally suitable for materials with a bulk density of less than 12400kg/m³, block weight less than 500kg, and temperature below 400℃.
The heavy-duty plate feeder is a piece of auxiliary equipment for transportation machinery. The machine is used as a silo to feed the primary crusher continuously and uniformly in the crushing and grading workshop of large-scale concentrators, cement, building materials, and other departments. It can also be used for short-distance transportation of particle size And materials with larger specific gravity. It can be installed horizontally or inclined, with a maximum inclination of 12 degrees. In order to prevent the material from directly hitting the feeder, it is required that the silo does not appear empty.
Various types of plate feeders are divided into right-type transmission and left-type transmission according to the transmission mode. In the direction of material movement, the transmission system on the right side of the machine is a right-type transmission, otherwise, it is a left-type transmission.
A high-strength bulldozer die-forged chain with a pitch of 228.6mm (9 inches) is used as the traction element. The two chains bypass a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the body and a pair of tension wheels at the rear of the body to form a closed shape. In the circuit, each chain link of the two rows of chains is equipped with an overlapping, heavy-duty structure conveying troughs to become a continuous conveying line capable of carrying materials.
Its own weight and material weight are supported by multiple rows of rollers, sprocket wheels and slide beams installed on the machine body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer via an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the expansion sleeve and the driving device are directly connected to drive the carrier mechanism to run at low speed. The material discharged from the tail silo is transported along the conveying line to the front of the machine body for discharge, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous and uniform feeding to the working machinery below.
1. Most no-load start, basically no overload phenomenon, accidental start with rated load.
2. Zero-speed start is required, and the speed range is 0~0.6 m/min. You can manually control the slow acceleration or deceleration. The speed of 0.3~0.5m/min is used more and runs stably.
3. The external load is stable during stable operation and the impact is small.
