OVERVIEW
The placer gold wash plant is located in Xinjiang. Its capacity is 120 TPH.
Due to the relatively large proportion of gold (17.50 ~ 18.0), we designed a set of gravity beneficiation solutions for our customers by taking advantage of the large specific gravity difference between gold and waste rock.
Gravity beneficiation has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, easy installation and maintenance. It can bring considerable economic benefits to customers. So gravity beneficiation method is widely used in ore and gold ore beneficiation.

The main equipments of the placer gold processing line includes hopper, vibrating feeder, trommel screen, vibrating sluice boxes and shaking tables, etc.
PROCESS OF PLACER GOLD WASH PLANT
The placer gold ore is fed into the feeder through the hopper. Then the feeder will evenly feed the raw ore into the roller screen. The placer gold ore was washed by the roller sieve. At the same time, the roller screen also carries on the screening to the placer gold mine.
Then, the placer gold conforming to the feeding grain size condition is fed into the vibrating sluice box. After the gravity dressing of the vibrating sluice box, we obtaine the coarse concentrate and tailings.Then, after further treatment by the shaker, we obtained the purer gold.
Finally, the concentrate obtained from the shaking table is fed into a amalgamation barrel. The high quality gold concentrate product is finally obtained through the treatment of amalgamation barrel and amalgam distillation tank.
